Payment Methods
N•BEAUTY offers secure checkout with trusted payment options. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal where available.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items may require 7–10 business days before they are ready to ship.
Estimated delivery times within Canada after shipment:
Ontario and Quebec: 1–3 business days
Major Canadian cities: 2–5 business days
Remote or rural areas: 3–10 business days or longer, depending on the destination
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order details, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping across Canada may be available on eligible in-stock items during active promotions. This may not apply to pre-order products unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to an error on our part.
For approved eligible returns within Canada, N•BEAUTY may provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after approval, and your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been packed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but eligible products may still qualify for return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
